Deadpool kills Deadpool by Brian Cullen (Author) and Salvador Espin (Illustrator). Issues 1-4

I probably liked this a bit more than Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe but would only really give it a 4/5.

So this story does intertwine with Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe but there’s a lot of the multidimensional stuff going on. For those of you who don’t know Marvel likes to do the who parallel universe thing where there’s multiple incarnations for their characters but with a twist. In this story it really delves into this aspect where there are a lot of Deadpool most well known being Lady Deadpool, Kidpool, and Dogpool (i.e. the Deadpool corps). Basically this is about killing the Deadpool that’s trying to kill him and his corps. It’s good but it’s very Deadpool heavy and it’s interesting to see all of the different takes on deadpool.

I really liked the art style; I feel that it’s more the traditional Deadpool style and the take on other characters made into Deadpool was a really cool twist and interesting to see. It’s still gory but I think it was more downplayed than the

I love Deadpool and I’m so glad to have his quirkiness back and his wit. Again because there was so many characters you didn’t get to explore them and with ti also being a really short set this didn’t help either.

The writing was ok, it was in the same line as Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe but it jumped around a lot and I think this was because it was such a short set that it must have been a struggle to get all the key plot points in. Deadpool has never been strong for it’s plot but this was all over the place and it was really hard to understand where the story was going and the different Deadpools.

So, has anyone read this or anything else Deadpool related? What are some of your favourite comic that you would recommend?
